COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Computer Conversions SNAP-TRAK parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Gems products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dual parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Gemco product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Gems such as the LS8003JBOY spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 05BU0411945 manufactured by Dual and we are pleased to be able to service most Dual systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 950A312CXXXX1 by Manufacturer Gemco as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Endress+hauser Brand FTL51HATE2DD4E4A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Flowline such as LU2801 equipment made by Flowline have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Flowline products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Flowline" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 1820 made by Erhardt+leimer as well as the popular 10105A original spares produced by Fadal Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 87952 by Gems and LU2801 spares by Flowline are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 6022071 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fireye. |
